CONDITIONS: Anyone wishing to bid on items in the auction must register and obtain a bidders card. Anyone bidding for an account other than their own must register as such. Various payment options are available. Public Buyers bidding on vehicles may pay with a cashier’s check, personal check accompanied by an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee or credit card.

TERMS: All purchases are to be paid for the day of the auction.NO EXCEPTIONS, FULL SETTLEMENT TO BE MADE DAY OF SALE. Acceptable methods of payment: cash, caashier's check, personal or bank check with irrevocable bank letter of guarantee or by credit card. Make all checks out to T. Lynn Davis.

WARRANTY: Everything in the auction is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty or guarantee of any kind given or implied, by condition, make, purpose of use etc. The condition and serviceability of any unit is expressed only by the owners.
